Delivery Policy

At MCR Stone Designs, each product is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. We are committed to ensuring a clear, reliable, and professional delivery process for all our bespoke stone products.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to:

• Mainland United Kingdom

• Channel Islands

• Scottish Highlands and Islands

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us directly to discuss potential delivery arrangements.

2. Lead Time & Production

All of our goods are bespoke and handcrafted to order.

Our typical lead time is:

• 4 to 10 weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, and our current production schedule.

Production begins only after full payment is received and your order details have been confirmed.

In the event of delays, we will notify you as soon as possible with revised delivery expectations.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance before any production begins.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer

• Stripe (secure online card payment)

• Klarna (subject to approval through Klarna’s system)

Payment on delivery is not available.

4. Delivery Methods

Your order will be delivered by:

• Our in-house delivery team, or

• A specialist third-party courier, depending on your location and the nature of your order

You will be contacted in advance with a delivery date and time window. If there are any access restrictions or delivery challenges at your location, please let us know ahead of time.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs vary depending on location and order size:

• Mainland UK: Standard delivery fees apply

• Channel Islands & Scottish Highlands: Additional charges may apply due to extended delivery logistics

All delivery costs will be confirmed during the order process.

6. Receiving Your Delivery

• A responsible individual must be available to accept and inspect the delivery.

• If any damage or issues are found, they must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Please ensure the delivery site is accessible and safe for unloading.

7. Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No one being present at the agreed time

• Access issues not disclosed in advance

• Unsafe conditions at the site

…a redelivery fee may be charged.

To reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

8. Damages & Claims

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photographs of the issue immediately

2. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery

3. Email all details and images to info@mcrstonedesigns.com

We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution, such as repair, replacement, or partial refund.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
